Seeing as the items we carry/sell are all for personal care use, we Do Not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you acquire any issues you can contact us at cozzy.loops@hotmail.com. If depending on the situation a refund is accepted/ issued then the customer will be contacted directly.
You can always contact us for any return question at cozzy.loops@hotmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Take note due to the natural properties of our sugar body scrubs during the hot and warmer months melting can occur, if this happens it does not affect the benefits of the scrub. Simple place them in the refrigerator and allow to harden back up, once that has happened they will be good as new to use, if you would like to go the extra step they can be re-whipped.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like goods (such as body scrubs, lip care, hair care EXT), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges

 Cancellation

Requests for cancellations of orders can not be processed once the order/orders have shipping out. If the order has not yet shipped their is a cancellation fee of $10-$20 dollars deepening on the order size.

Shipping

Our regular processing time for ready to ship items is 2-5 business day's. For custom sugar body scrub orders to be made on live processing times are 5-10 business days.

 

Refunds
We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
